Wear it Wednesday
Yes I know that this did not get published until Thursday!!!
I am going to change things up a bit this week and we are going to talk HATS!!!
I love to wear hats, mainly because I have an element of bed head in the mornings and a hat helps to tame things down a bit, but also because I just like wearing hats.
Here is a bit of baseball cap history:
The earliest baseball caps were made of wool with a leather bill and were worn exclusively by baseball players in the mid- to late-19th century.
In the 1960s, agriculture companies began to realize the cap’s potential for advertising and promotions – known today as trucker hats – became increasingly popular in the 1970s and 1980s.
Today everyone wears ball caps with all sorts of designs, sayings and advertising.
The sports cap is a great look for ladies, who want a sporty cap to complete that athleisure look or for a casual run around town. They are also great for on the lake or at the campsite.
The great thing about baseball caps is there's truly no one-style-fits-all. Young and old, men and women can pull off the cap look, turning any fashion statement into your very own personal field of dreams.
